Chris is co-founder of Landid as well as Owner/Principal Consultant for Emerge Career Designs, an executive coaching, and professional branding company. Prior to going out on his own, he was a global HR executive with Cardinal Health, a fortune 15 pharmaceutical and medical products organization. During his 10 years with Cardinal Health, he led HR for three business units, the most recent being a $12B health care solutions and global supply chain organization. Chris’s early career was dedicated to talent management, where he led training, organizational development, and talent management for companies such as Stanley Black & Decker and DSW. Chris is known as a “builder”, who draws energy from transforming ideas into reality.

Dave is a Co-Founder of Landid who left the corporate world years ago to pursue his mission for giving back and creating collaborative ecosystems for people to enhance their purpose and passion. Dave is the Co-Founder of Brick House Blue— an 11,000 sq. ft co-working incubator for start-ups and virtual workers. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Dave spent 22 years building and leading talent acquisition functions for companies such as CenturyLink (Formerly Qwest Communications), Cardinal Health, and Discover Financial Services. Dave is frequently described as “the idea guy”, his futuristic vision and innovative approach to all things possible, have garnered various awards within each of his prior companies.
Grace Schmitt is a human resources executive with over 20 years of leadership, team building, and coaching experience spanning across the real estate, healthcare, and consulting industries. She has held executive HR roles for organizations such as Glimcher, Casto, and Findley Consulting. Grace is also a licensed attorney.
Grace is the founder of Grace HR Partners, a consulting practice that helps companies diagnose and manage their human resources needs, find and retain top talent, build high-functioning teams, and create award-winning cultures. She has the versatility to contribute in all Landid verticals.
Don is a key leader for the Landid Connect recruiting business. He is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience in both corporate (CenturyLink, Startek) and executive search firm environments (The Gamill Group). Don has a track record of successfully placing top-tier candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. He is known for his tenacity and determination – often taking on the difficult-to-fill positions and delivering on his commitments to the client in a timely fashion.
Don is a relationship builder who serves as a trusted advisor to both candidates and his clients. He has consulted with several Fortune 1000 companies on a variety of disciplines – such as TA Strategy, Talent Evaluation, Process Optimization, Branding, Sourcing Strategies, and Candidate Experience.

Kathy Cleveland Bull
Kathy serves as Landid’s Cognitive/Behavioral Psychology expert and has been instrumental in designing practical strategies, used as a part of Landid Transition, for professionals who have experienced job loss. Kathy also leads change management efforts for large consulting engagements.
Kathy is a highly regarded professional speaker, trainer, author, and consultant. Her company, N~Compass Consulting (ncompass-consulting.com), helps clients on four continents “Navigate the Art and Science of Change.” Kathy appeared with “Dr. Phil” and Deepak Chopra at The Power Within Live Event, Co-authored the book Success Simplified – Simple Solutions Measurable Results with Dr. Stephen Covey, and was one of just three professional speakers recommended by Dr. Spencer Johnson to provide keynotes and training built upon his book Who Moved My Cheese?
Employment Branding & Digital Marketing
Katie is a marketing leader with deep expertise using digital marketing and social media to grow awareness, drive demand, increase sales and engage customers across all touchpoints and consumer journey stages. She has 20 years of marketing and business experience spanning across agency, corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. Katie founded Cultivate Success Consulting to create open and collaborative solutions that ensure her client’s products and services make an impact through marketing. Katie supports Landid in helping organizations build compelling employment brands that resonate with talent in the job market.
Operational Excellence/Project Management Lead
Katherine plays the role of OpEx guru for the Landid team and is brought into engagements where process design or optimization is needed. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and owner of Excelora LLC, operational excellence consulting. She is in the business of making companies and teams successful and has delivered business results by eliminating waste, optimizing workstreams, increasing capacity with minimal cost, and integrating business processes and systems. Would you believe she is also an artist?
In her ‘spare’ time, she is a USBC Silver Certified Bowling Coach and instructor at Henson Bowling Academy who has promised to teach Landid team members to throw wicked hook shots.
