Chris Sena

Co-Founder, Partner & "The Builder"

Chris is co-founder of Landid as well as Owner/Principal Consultant for Emerge Career Designs, an executive coaching and professional branding company. Prior to going out on his own, he was a global HR executive with Cardinal Health, a fortune 15 pharmaceutical and medical products organization.  During his 10 years with Cardinal Health, he led HR for three business units, the most recent being a $12B health care solutions and global supply chain organization.  Chris’s early career was dedicated to talent management, where he led training, organizational development and talent management for companies such as Stanley Black & Decker and DSW.  Chris is known as a “builder”, who draws energy from transforming ideas into reality.

Dave Mirgon

Co-Founder, Partner & "The Innovator"

Dave is a Co-Founder of Landid who left the corporate world years ago to pursue his mission for giving back and creating collaborative ecosystems for people to enhance their purpose and passion.  Dave is the Co-Founder of Brick House Blue a 11,000 sq. ft co-working incubator for start-ups and virtual workers. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Dave spent 22 years building and leading talent acquisition functions for companies such as CenturyLink (Formerly Qwest Communications), Cardinal Health, and Discover Financial Services. Dave is frequently described as “the idea guy”, his futuristic vision and innovative approach to all things possible, have garnered various awards within each of his prior companies.

Grace Schmitt

Partner & "The Developer"

Grace Schmitt is a human resources executive with over 20 years of leadership, team building and coaching experience spanning across the real estate, healthcare, and consulting industries. She has held executive HR roles for organizations such as Glimcher, Casto and Findley Consulting. Grace is also a licensed attorney.

Grace is the founder of Grace HR Partners, a consulting practice that helps companies diagnose and manage their human resources needs, find and retain top talent, build high-functioning teams and create award-winning cultures. She has the versatility to contribute in all Landid verticals.

Don Kaufman

Partner, Landid Connect Recruiting Leader & "The Catalyst"

Don is a key leader for the Landid Connect recruiting business. He is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience in both corporate (CenturyLink, Startek) and executive search firm environments (The Gamill Group). Don has a track record of successfully placing top-tier candidates, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. He is known for his tenacity and determination - often taking on the difficult-to-fill positions and delivering on his commitments to the client in a timely fashion.

Don is a relationship builder who serves as a trusted advisor to both candidates and his clients. He has consulted with several Fortune 1000 companies on a variety of disciplines - such as TA Strategy, Talent Evaluation, Process Optimization, Branding, Sourcing Strategies, and Candidate Experience.

Katherine LaVerdiere

Operational Excellence/Project Management Lead

Katherine plays the role of OpEx guru for the Landid team and is brought into engagements where process design or optimization is needed.  She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and owner of Excelora LLC, operational excellence consulting.  She is in the business of making companies and teams successful and has delivered business results by eliminating waste, optimizing workstreams, increasing capacity with minimal cost and integrating business processes and systems.  Would you believe she is also an artist?

In her ‘spare’ time, she is a USBC Silver Certified Bowling Coach and instructor at Henson Bowling Academy who has promised to teach Landid team members to throw wicked hook shots. 

Kathy Cleveland Bull

Transition Psychology Lead

Kathy serves as Landid’s Cognitive/Behavioral Psychology expert and has been instrumental in designing practical strategies, used as a part of Landid Transition, for professionals who have experienced job loss. Kathy also leads change management efforts for large consulting engagements.

Kathy is a highly regarded professional speaker, trainer, author and consultant.  Her company, N~Compass Consulting (ncompass-consulting.com), helps clients on four continents “Navigate the Art and Science of Change.” Kathy appeared with “Dr. Phil” and Deepak Chopra at The Power Within Live Event, Co-authored the book Success Simplified – Simple Solutions Measurable Results with Dr. Stephen Covey, and was one of just three professional speakers recommended by Dr. Spencer Johnson to provide keynotes and training built upon his book Who Moved My Cheese?

Onboarding and Talent Acquisition SME

Brandy is an experienced senior level Talent Acquisition leader and employee onboarding expert. Over the past 14 years, Brandy worked for Discover Financial Services where she recruited talent at all levels and developed innovative onboarding experiences that immediately formed bonds between new hires and the company. Brandy is passionate about bringing people together to succeed both individually and as a team.   She believes having the right people is a key pillar to any company’s success and she utilizes her experience to bring in talent, create cross-functional solutions and drive results. 

Obie Stillwell

Business Development

Obie Stillwell is a natural connector who is known for building and preserving bridges everywhere he goes. He also has a great feel for PR and marketing. He works with the Landid leadership team to drive business development efforts, but also directly contributes to our transition services.

Obie is a fixture in the sports world, particularly in Columbus, OH where he played football for The Ohio State Buckeyes, serves as a football analyst on ABC 6/Fox 28 and has his own sports/real estate radio show. Obie is also an entrepreneur and community leader with his hands in a variety of ventures.

Katie Chew

Katie is a marketing leader with deep expertise using digital marketing and social media to grow awareness, drive demand, increase sales and engage customers across all touchpoints and consumer journey stages. She has 20 years of marketing and business experience spanning across agency, corporate, non-profit and government sectors. Katie founded Cultivate Success Consulting to create open and collaborative solutions that ensure her client's products and services make an impact through marketing. Katie supports Landid in helping organizations build compelling employment brands that resonate with talent in the job market.

Tanya Nardone

Human Resources Consulting

Tanya Nardone is an expert in the areas of human resources and employment compliance. She has served as a labor and employment lawyer, an HR/management consultant, an in-house HR/operations manager, as well as an EEOC investigator and analyst. Ashleigh Vohwinkel

Operations Manager

Ashleigh Vohwinkel is the Operations Manager for Landid where she focuses on project management and administrative functions. She has over six years of experience in human resources, including roles in HR administration, talent acquisition and employee benefits. She also provides HR consulting services in addition to her role with Landid. Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her family.

Elizabethe Kramer

Agile SME & Consultant

As the CEO of Kramer Agile LLC, Elizabethe Kramer has been designing and implementing Agile practices for fifteen years. While her earlier successes were in IT, she now shows business leaders how to get the same enviable Agile outcomes in HR, Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams.  Notable clients include Walmart, Nationwide, Johnson + Johnson, Samsung, Cisco, and Gallo Winery.

In addition to using Agile as an enabler during consulting engagements, Elizabethe will help the Landid team introduce Agile as a leadership philosophy - upending traditional organizational structures to unleash the full potential of individuals.

Landid Veteran Advisor

Kathy is our advisor for the Landid Veteran service line. She is currently Chief Innovator at Vanguard Veteran, where she equips businesses and other organizations to become Veteran Champions by connecting them with Veterans in mutually-beneficial ways that advances careers, improves quality of life and enhances communities. She is a consultant, speaker, trainer and coach who - among other things - helps organizations transition from “veteran-friendly” to “veteran-ready”. Kathy also provides leadership development training for organizational leaders and transitioning Veterans using Dr. John C. Maxwell’s principles.

Kevin Gehrt

Transition, Recruiting & Solution Delivery SME

Kevin is the founder & principal consultant of GoalBridge Consulting, LLC. Throughout his extensive career, Kevin has amassed over 25 years of experience building businesses, developing organizations and providing leadership at the Executive and Board levels across multiple industry sectors.  Serving as a senior Human Resources Executive for successful companies such as Mars Incorporated, Cardinal Health and Hewlett-Packard among others, Kevin has delivered results within a variety of ownership structures, including private equity, privately owned and public Fortune 500. As an experienced HR executive, Kevin works across all of Landid’s verticals.

Marcie Littlejohn

Transition Facilitator, Coach & Consultant

Marcie is known as a Transition Facilitator who provides the tools necessary to embrace, cope, and navigate through life’s changes. She energizes audiences with thought provoking discussions that help them make crucial decisions.  

Marcie’s professional experience includes 15 years in adult education, 5 years of delivering transition inspired seminars and authoring/publishing “Why Buy the Cow?” in 2015.  She has worked with organizations such as Discover Financial Services, DeVry University, Franklin County Department of Job & Family Services and Mount Carmel School of Nursing. Marcie has competed successfully in the Toastmasters International Speech contest two years in a row and has advanced to the division level. Marcie is currently working on her doctorate degree with an expected completion date of 2019.

Andrew Russell

Recruiter

Andrew Russell is a recruiter for Landid and is on the front-lines of finding exceptional talent for our clients. Andrew is a graduate of Wilmington College, where he was a 4-year starter for the men’s basketball team. He also the basketball coach for 7th grade boy’s basketball team at Hilliard Memorial Middle School and an assistant coach with the Ohio Puma’s, a leading AAU program.
