Chris Sena

Chris is a Co-Founder of Landid and focuses on executive search, professional-level search, and HR consulting. Chris manages a variety of private and private equity clients in healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, and technology industries. Prior to going out on his own, he was a global HR executive with Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15 pharmaceutical and medical products organization. During his 10 years with Cardinal Health, he led HR for three business units, the most recent being a $12B healthcare solutions and global supply chain organization. Chris’s early career was dedicated to talent management, where he led training, organizational development, and talent management for companies such as Stanley Black & Decker and DSW.

Dave Mirgon

Dave is a Co-Founder of Landid and focuses on executive search and HR consulting. Dave manages private company clients in manufacturing, technology, and logistics industries. Dave is the Co-Founder of Brick House Blue— a co-working incubator for start-ups and virtual workers. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Dave spent 22 years building and leading talent acquisition functions for companies such as CenturyLink (Formerly Qwest Communications), Cardinal Health, and Discover Financial Services. Dave is frequently described as “the idea guy”, and his futuristic vision and innovative approach has garnered various awards within each of his prior companies.

Grace Schmitt

Grace Schmitt is a partner with Landid and leads the organization’s HR consulting practice for private and private equity companies. She is an experienced Human Resources executive with over 20 years of leadership, team building, and coaching experience spanning real estate, healthcare, and consulting industries. Grace held executive HR roles for mid-sized organizations such as Glimcher, Casto, and Findley Consulting - so she knows how to build and evolve HR functions that enable businesses to scale. Grace is also a licensed labor attorney.

Don Kaufman

Don is a Landid partner and key leader in the executive search and professional-level recruiting business. He is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in both corporate (CenturyLink, Startek) and executive search firm (The Gamill Group) environments . Don has a track record of successfully placing top-tier candidates for private and private-equity companies across a wide range of industries. He is known for his tenacity and determination – often taking on the difficult-to-fill positions and delivering on his commitments to the clients quickly. Don also manages a network of experienced recuriters who assist in sourcing/landing great talent.

Adam Bowman

Adam Bowman is an exceptional Director of Recruiting with both corporate and agency experience. Adam has deep experience across multiple industries, including Information Technology, ERP Consulting, Manufacturing, Research and Development, Financial Services, and Healthcare. Adam recruits a range of professional roles, from individual contributor to executive level.

Adam was recently a Talent Acquisition Manager for Synthomer, Master Builder Solutions, and BASF. Prior to that, he served as a senior recruiter for Discover Financial Services, Batelle, and Velosio. Adam also spent three years recruiting in staffing agency environments.
